General Information

Life Saving Victoria conducts group training courses throughout Victoria. They provide information, equipment, manuals and videos to assist in vital life saving education.

The Resuscitation Award (CPR) is a recognized course by LSV, is valid for 12 months and is recognised and aligned with the rest of the world. If you have never done a CPR Course before you are required to complete the full course, or just an update course if you have completed the course in the last 12 months. The program includes one and two operator CPR, and techniques for adults, children and infants are also covered.

The course also covers information on choking for infants, children & adults, and how to help a visibly pregnant woman who requires CPR.

Updating each 12 months, ensures all skills and knowledge are current. In many companies it is compulsory to have a current CPR. It is a skill that may be needed in the workplace, home or public arena and can help save someone’s life.
